The fragrances

Wearing Acqua di San Gimignano means carrying a piece of history with you, feeling the warmth of the Tuscan sun that ripens saffron on your skin, breathing the ancient air that still circulates among the stone towers.

From the encounter between Tuscan tradition and contemporary haute perfumery comes an exclusive collaboration with Atelier Fragranze Milano, an independent maison renowned for its refined and distinctive olfactory research.
From this synergy emerges 72 Torri, a limited edition collection inspired by the unmistakable skyline of San Gimignano and its medieval towers, symbols of vertical elegance and timeless beauty.

Torre del Diavolo

A fragrance that blends light and mystery, where the freshness of citrus merges with the softness of vanilla and the elegance of clove. In the base, the warmth of patchouli, tonka bean, and benzoin leaves an enveloping trail, like a secret whispered among ancient stones.

Like the legends surrounding the tower, this fragrance conceals its secrets, revealing its true nature only gradually. Bold yet never overpowering, mysterious yet inviting.

The olfactory signature of this creation bears the name of the perfumer Paolo Cerizza.

TORRE
DEL DIAVOLO

The forbidden
garden

At the foot of the Devil’s Tower, where ancient stone holds the warmth of the sun and shadows thicken at dusk, there existed a secret place, hidden from curious eyes. It was not a garden of showy flowers, but a living space of spiced aromas and deep resins, where the air pulsed with an unsettling energy.

Legend tells that upon returning from a long journey, the tower’s owner found it taller than before, as if invisible hands had lifted it toward the sky. The elders of the village whispered that the tower had been nourished by the essences rising from the earth: sharp, luminous lemon vapors warmed by clove and piercing ginger.

Hidden behind a secret door in the cellars, the heart of this place throbbed with darker, deeper scents. Tobacco leaves dried in the shadows intertwined with the warm sweetness of vanilla, creating a dense, enveloping aroma capable of intoxicating anyone who dared to draw near. It was said that this very perfume sustained the tower, like a slow and silent spell.

In the depths of the invisible garden, where light never reached, the soil was steeped in earthy patchouli, velvety tonka bean, and balsamic benzoin. A warm, magnetic accord that clung to skin and memory, leaving a persistent, irresistible trace.

Florence’s master perfumers, drawn by rumors of this forbidden fragrance, searched in vain for its source. Disoriented by the perfume-saturated air, they lost both their way and their reason, while the Devil’s Tower stood still and ever-growing, guardian of a secret that continues to breathe to this day.
